She has extensive experience across emergency care, surgical services, paediatric dentistry, ophthalmology, cardiology, and community health in both private hospitals and specialist practices. Passionate about collaboration and continuous improvement, Jessica is known for her approachable leadership style, strong operational focus, and commitment to supporting teams to deliver safe, compassionate, patient-centred care.

Chelsea Spring brings extensive healthcare leadership experience to her managerial role with PEHA. She has managed complex private medical practices within hospital settings across both the east and west coasts of Australia. Her experience spans a diverse range of specialities including orthopaedics, women's health, psychiatry, sports medicine and allied health services such as physiotherapy, occupational therapy and dietetics. Chelsea is passionate about improving patient care through operational excellence and values the collaborative environment of Hollywood Private Hospital's 24/7 Emergency Department in Perth.

Rebecca Blake is the Practice Manager at Tom Price Medical Centre, responsible for the day-to-day leadership and coordination of practice operations, people, and service delivery.  She brings a collaborative and values-driven leadership style, with a strong focus on patient advocacy, workforce engagement, and the delivery of safe, high-quality care. Rebecca is a Registered Nurse with extensive experience working across emergency and acute care settings in both Queensland and Western Australia. Her clinical background spans triage, trauma and resuscitation, and multidisciplinary coordination in high-pressure environments, providing her with a strong foundation for operational leadership in complex healthcare settings. Rebecca has also been an Academic Tutor and Clinical Educator with James Cook University and is currently completing a Master of Nursing with a focus on leadership and management, supporting her structured, evidence-based approach to practice management. Rebecca is committed to building sustainable healthcare services that meet the needs of regional communities and support high-performing clinical and administrative teams.
